What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, shipping address and order details. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• When you email us: your message, email address and any photos you send.
• When you browse: anonymous counts of page views and button clicks, with no cookies and no personal identifiers.

How we use it

Only to make and deliver your order, answer your questions, handle replacements and refunds, prevent fraud, and meet tax and legal obligations. We don't sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payment and calculate sales tax.
• Our printing partner and its delivery carriers, to make and ship your print.
• Our email provider, to send order and shipping emails.
• We use AI tools to help draft replies to support emails; a person is responsible for every reply.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Support emails are deleted after two years unless they relate to an open issue.

Email support@vintageartarchive.com to see, correct or delete your information. We'll respond within 30 days.
